It is very important to stop taking out fast food and eating food with so many preservatives. Allotting the right time within the day to prepare the correct food or cook the correct viand is necessary.

Relationships

Love relationships, family relationships and even your social life can be totally affected if you are on a night shift schedule. Five days a week, your day time is their night time and the other way around. This can definitely affect your relationships with them, especially since you will have less time for them considering that your waking hour is their sleeping hour.
